Excel Finance, a regional Auto and Consumer Finance Company, is seeking to fill a Collections Recovery Manager position for its new Recovery Unit based in Austin, TX. This position will be the initial staff member until results prompt growth.
Qualified candidates will be self starters that are highly motivated by performance incentives.

Compensation: Base Salary plus Performance Bonus

Requirements:
5 year history of results in Texas Auto/Consumer Collections
25% Travel in Texas
Computer (Windows Based) Knowledge
Knowledge of FDCPA
Bilingual a PLUS
